The carbohydrate portion included 44.2 g of dietary fiber and low sugar value (pulp is not sweet).[18] The powder was also shown to contain (per 100 g): negligible vitamin C, 260 mg calcium, 4.4 mg iron, and 1002 U vitamin A, as well as aspartic acidity and glutamic acid; the protein material was 7.59% of complete dry bodyweight (versus 8.1% protein).
The fat material of açaí consists of oleic acidity (56.2% of complete fats), palmitic acidity (24.1%), and linoleic acidity (12.5%).Açaí also contains beta-sitosterol (78–91% of complete sterols). The oil compartments in açaí fruits and vegetables contain polyphenols which is shown to degrade substantially during storage or exposure to heat.
However, it is claimed that this formula able to burn calories without suppressing appetite and it has been proven to block as much as 27.4% of the fat consumed/daily food sources.
